Wastewater Treatment Process Map

Every year we recycle more than 50 million gallons of wastewater into clean, reusable water. With our proven wastewater treatment process we serve more than 1000 clients with a retention rate in excess of 96%.

Here’s a quick look at how we treat oily wastewater, organic wastewater and metal finishing wastewater.

Non Hazardous Oily Wastewater Treatment

We collect, process and recycle a wide range of oily wastewater and used oils.  The oily wastewater and used oils might be cutting oils, coolants and hydraulic oils.

We accept and process a wide range of on-spec used oil which is less than 1000 ppm chlorine.   We also accept and process off-spec used oil which is greater than 1000 ppm chlorine.  Click here to learn more about “what is used oil.”

Our oily wastewater process starts with separating the oil from the water in separation tanks. The separated water is transferred to our wastewater processing system, where it is recycled into clean, reusable water.

And the separated oil is further processed with heat, filtering and a centrifuge into a reusable, marketable oil product for the fuels and lubrication markets.

Non Hazardous Organic Wastewater Treatment

Organic wastewater is commonly generated from food and beverage manufacturing and processing facilities.

With Milwaukee, WI being a leader in food and beverage companies, we’ve designed our organic wastewater treatment process to accept Solid Food Wastes, Food-related wastes and many other Biodegradable organic wastes.

The benefit to treating organic wastewater as opposed to land application (fertilizer), is organic wastewater treatment eliminates the risks of overspreading, odor and contaminated run-off into river ways and water basins.

Non Hazardous Metal Finishing Wastewater Treatment

For metal finishing wastewater solutions in Milwaukee, WI, we’ve developed a state of the art wastewater treatment process.  Annually we transform more than 300 million pounds of contaminated wastewater into clean, reusable water.

We process metal finishing wastewater treatment by chemically adjusting the pH of the wastewater.  As the pH rises and falls, the solids precipitate out and clean, reusable water rises to the top.  The solids are shipped to the landfill and the clean, reusable water is discharged to the sanitary sewer.

When the pH adjustment is correct, the homogenous metal finishing wastewater separates into solids on the bottom and clean, reusable water on top.
