Columbus is joining several other Ohio cities in piloting a one-year recycling program to send recycled glass to Ohio manufacturers.

Columbus is joining several other Ohio cities in piloting a one-year recycling program to send recycled glass to Ohio manufacturers.

Something pretty amazing is happening in Ohio. Ohio cities are joining to participate in a one-year glass recycling pilot program.

In Columbus, about 150 tons of glass goes to the landfill each week. Glass that could be recycled and turned into product at manufacturing facilities in that state of Ohio.
