3 Reasons to do Habitat for Humanity

Start an earth conversation about what someone values in his or her community and the top 3 priorities are usually safety, education and a caring community.

But what if someone doesn’t have a home – how can they have access to being safe?  education? a caring community?

These were some of the most generous people I’ve encountered. And I also learned how to make a great looking deck.

In the past, I’ve helped Habitat for Humanity build a home in Racine, Wisconsin for a family.  Its the easiest way to give a family what we value most in our communities:

  1. To give someone safety
  2. To give someone access to an education
  3. To give someone a caring community
