Extract more oil value from your oily wastewater

The industrial waste your company generates is a major cost to your operations, putting downward pressure on profits.  However, if you find ways to extract value from your waste, your waste streams could enhance your profits.

New technologies have made the renewable fuels market the best opportunity for manufacturers to get the most oil value from oily wastewater.

Oily wastewater is processed for renewable fuels by removing the water and solids, resulting in used oil.  To create used oil with the greatest value, it must have little to no water and no solids remaining after the separation process.

Finding a cost-effective oil separation process

The challenge for manufacturers is finding a separation process that is cost-effective and yields used oil with the least amount of water content.  The other problem is making sure that the used oil or oily wastewater is non-hazardous. I’m excited to share we recently invested $1MM into our Advanced Waste Services Milwaukee Plant to provide clients with a cost-effective, state-of-the-art oil processing program.

This oil processing program will separate the oil from the solids and water, resulting in a beautiful, amber-colored, high value used oil product for the renewable fuels market.

Not only will this help our clients enhance their profitability, but its also aimed at beneficially reusing their oily wastewater as a renewable fuel.
